4. Use, clean and maintain the equipment according to the relevant SOP of the equipment.

5. Participate in the scale-up and pilot test work of the process workshop, and pay attention to the investigation of potential safety hazards and environmental protection management.

6. Responsible for the safety inspection of the area of responsibility and the implementation of safety protection and the use of labor protection supplies as required, and to solve abnormal situations in production.

7. Responsible for drafting and reviewing process and equipment documents and completing other tasks assigned by leaders.

Employment requirements

Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry;

Work experience: 1 year (inclusive) or above working experience in chemical synthesis is preferred, fresh graduates are acceptable;

Skills and skills: independently complete the review of organic synthesis and drug synthesis literature, and complete the preliminary design of compound synthesis routes according to the literature; skillfully complete multi-step synthetic chemical reactions, and make a more comprehensive analysis of the results of organic synthesis experiments; Complete organic synthesis research projects with a certain degree of difficulty with the assistance of the team, and solve problems in synthesis experiments in a timely manner; be responsible for the experimental safety, progress and implementation of key steps of the synthesis experiment team; complete the organic synthesis experiment records clearly and completely.
