Job description
1. Responsible for the analysis of HVAC technology in the renovation project and formulate specific construction plans for the HVAC project.
2. Responsible for the review of HVAC professional drawings of new projects, material acceptance, construction acceptance, and completion acceptance in the HVAC professional construction process.
3. Responsible for the drafting of URS for new clean workshops, installation, commissioning and acceptance of air-conditioning equipment.
Age: under 35 years old
Education: Bachelor degree or above (excellent can break through)
Majors: air conditioning and ventilation, water supply and drainage, refrigeration, heating and heat exchange, building environment and equipment engineering related majors
Gender: Male, engaged in medical cleaning (chemical industry)
Factory: relevant background work experience in air-conditioning ventilation, smoke exhaust, purification and decoration, fire-fighting facility construction, etc. Internal drive, proactive in work, good at finding problems
Professional knowledge: able to review drawings of air-conditioning purification systems, fire and smoke exhaust, etc., construction organization plan review, construction technical plan review, and concealed acceptance.
